As a team coach, she has helped newly formed teams get on a fast course, inject life into already established teams, and break down silos that inhibit effective collaboration and innovation.  Her clients range from Fortune 50 High Tech companies to educational institutions and NGO’s, including GE Healthcare, SAP, Synopsys, Microsoft, Zoll Medical Corporation, United Way Silicon Valley, and Stanford University.

Judy holds a MS degree in Organizational Development; a BA in Psychology; has achieved the ICF designations of Professional Coactive Coach (PCC); holds certifications in NeuroLeadership, Organization and Relationship Systems coaching (ORSCC), The Leadership Circle suite of 360, and culture assessments; and is a MBTI Master Practitioner.  As a result, this background enables her clients who are dealing with substantial, often quickly development leadership needs and situations, to have just-in-time, tailored, potent coaching support.
