Drew brings to his work leading change in organization culture, teams, and key leader effectiveness a unique combination of experience, as both a consultant with all sizes of companies and a hands-on line manager in large matrixed medical device companies (Medtronic, Guidant). His practical, results-focused orientation is complemented by deep study and teaching in self-leadership and emotional intelligence.
In addition, his talent at crafting communications, honed by early career experience as a Congressional Press Secretary, is often valued by clients. Clients include Pfizer, Genentech, Johnson & Johnson, Halozyme Therapeutics, and Adobe.
Drew has taught executive leadership at the University of California, San Diego, and been adjunct faculty at the Center for Creative Leadership. He is certified in the CCL suite of instruments such as MBTI, as well as the PDI 360.
His formal education includes an MBA from Stanford University, an MA in Leadership and Public Policy from Claremont College, and a BA from Dartmouth College.
