		<description>I am glad you enjoyed our findings! Engaging new employees early, especially before the start date, makes good business sense. Not only is time to productivity improved, but also there seems to be a strong correlation between these first few days with the new organization and their decision to stay for a longer term. 

In the near future, we plan to recent survey results on how organizations are using informal learning to meet the need for compliance, clarification, culture and connection. Expect more amusing infographics.</description>
